Kinesiology Taping

Service Description

Kinesiology Taping is a great way to support areas of the body. It can be used on vulnerable/injury prone specific areas, to help reduce swelling/oedema and provide stability. Taping can be applied in addition to a sports massage session, or as an independent service. Rocktape certified, and only using the best quality tape - Rocktape! Each appointment has a 20 minute consultation and taping. Taping can last up to 5-6 days.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact Emma on 07824508958, or alternatively email reanimar.sm@gmail.com 24 hours before appointment. Cancellations will be charged at full price for less than 12hours notice, and 50% with 12-24 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments with 24+hours notice will incur no charge.
